2. How to Report a Review, Photo or Profile

Review: tap the flag on the review card and choose a reason.

Photo: open the photo in the venue's gallery and tap “Report” below it.

Profile: open the user's profile, tap “…” and choose “Report”.

You need to be signed in to report. We review reports within 24 hours: content that violates the terms of use is removed, and the offending account may be suspended.

3. How to Block a User

Open the user's profile, tap “…” and choose “Block” — or choose “Block author” in the “…” menu on a review card. The blocked user's reviews and photos will no longer be shown to you.

Your blocked list is in Profile → Settings → “Blocked users”; you can unblock people there.

4. How to Delete Your Account

In the app, open Profile → Settings → “Delete account” and confirm. Deletion is permanent: your profile and the data linked to it are deleted, and your reviews remain in anonymized form. Details are in the privacy policy.
