1. Acceptance
By using Joy Top, you agree to these terms. Joy Top is a restaurant discovery platform operating in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
2. User Accounts
You can sign in to Joy Top with your phone number (a one-time SMS code) or with email and password. You are responsible for your account activity.
3. Reviews
Reviews must be genuine and based on real dining experiences. GPS verification may be required. Joy Top moderates reviews using AI and manual review. Violations may result in review removal or account suspension.
4. Restaurant Owners
Owners may claim restaurant profiles with proof of ownership. Claimed profiles grant management access to menus, photos, and promotions.
5. Prohibited Content
Spam, fake reviews, hate speech, harassment, illegal content, and privacy violations are prohibited. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and for users who abuse or harass others. In the app you can report a review, photo or profile and block a user — their reviews and photos are then no longer shown to you. We review reports within 24 hours: content that violates these terms is removed, and the offending account may be suspended.
6. Limitation of Liability
Joy Top is provided “as is.” We are not liable for restaurant quality, service, or dining experiences.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes are resolved in Tashkent courts.
